Mr. Connelly has
been working in the commercial
and industrial construction industry since 1974. He has experience in all
phases of concrete construction with particular emphasis on pre-construction
planning, value engineering, cost estimating and project scheduling. Mr.
Connelly’s project management experience includes parking structures, retail,
hospital, hospitality, office, and industrial project types and values up to $86
million. Project team leadership and establishing controls systems for budget,
schedule and quality assurance to meet the client’s goals are Bob’s expertise
and primary objectives on each project.
