Mr. Addleman started Bethlehem Construction, Inc. in 1978 primarily to service the fruit industry’s construction needs. Growing up on an orchard in Cashmere, Washington, where his grandfather was a pioneer in fruit warehousing and his father an orchardist, he decided to stay close to the family’s interests. In the early 1980’s he envisioned a storage building that was all concrete making it durable and maintenance free. He installed a double-tee prestressed casting bed and a batching plant and became the first Washington contractor to erect an all-concrete controlled atmosphere building. Mr. Addleman maintains a close working relationship with his clients that allows him to respond to their needs and ideas. He manages his business with a “hands-on” approach, reviews plans, project schedules, visits construction sites and reviews daily reports from project managers and superintendents. Mr. Addleman maintains a contractor’s license in Washington, Oregon, and California. Education
