Michael J. Addleman
President

Mr. Addleman started Bethlehem Construction, Inc. in 1978 primarily to service the fruit industry’s construction needs.  Growing up on an orchard in Cashmere, Washington, where his grandfather was a pioneer in fruit warehousing and his father an orchardist, he decided to stay close to the family’s interests.  In the early 1980’s he envisioned a storage building that was all concrete making it durable and maintenance free.  He installed a double-tee prestressed casting bed and a batching plant and became the first Washington contractor to erect an all-concrete controlled atmosphere building. 

Mr. Addleman maintains a close working relationship with his clients that allows him to respond to their needs and ideas.  He manages his business with a “hands-on” approach, reviews plans, project schedules, visits construction sites and reviews daily reports from project managers and superintendents. 

Mr. Addleman maintains a contractor’s license in Washington, Oregon, and California.
